| 1 share of Berkshire Hathaway for $11.50 and then driven the crap out of the Shelby. Or even better, 347 shares of Berkshire for ~ $4000 and skipped the Shelby. BTW each share is currently worth ~ $171000 so your $4000 investment would be worth about $ 60 million dollars. Now go by the Shelby and drive it. You can do the same calculation with the Dow averages to make he exercise more realistic but I think you get my point. So I guess my answer is "no, I would not like to own a pristine 65 Shelby hat I paid 4k for" but never drove, and I haven't even factored in the cost of storing it.
